Question
   How do I start to use the Assistant ?
Answer
   Download assist.zip
   Unzip the download to assist8????.exe.
   Run the installation file assist8????.exe.
   Note the folder it is installed to.
   Start dBASE.
   Using the dBASE Navigator,
   change directory to where the installation was made.
   The default installation directory is:
   C:\Program Files\AdvancedSSI\Assistant
   run assistant.wfm.
   Select the menu Properties|Assistant Properties.
   Review and make preference settings.
   NOTE: To have Assistant start with dBASE,
       select the Start Up preference setting
       and select Run at Start Up.
   Change the current directory back to the previous folder
     by clicking the button next to the Current Directory listing
     near the top of the Assistant and browsing to it.
   After assistant.wfm has been run 1 time,
   The assistant can be run from the command window with
   do :Assistant:assistant.wfm at any time.

   Note: 1 installation can be used for both PLUS and dB2K.

Question
   How do I get to the SourceAlias folders ?
Answer
   Just below the Action Bar (Icon strip),
   click on the Button that says 'Folders'.
   The Folders treeview replaces the Files treeview.
   Selecting 1 of the treeitems, sets the folder that
   files displayed in the File list come from.
   Notice the path is displayed above the selected file.
   Click on the Button that says 'Files' (next to 'Folders')
   and the Files treeview replaces the Folders treeview.
   Select the type of Files to display.
   This can also be done with F9 hotkey.


Question
   How can changes to the Files treeview be made ?
Answer
   After Selecting a File type group ie: Forms
   Right-Click the group to display the Popup menu.
   Choose Add Item from the Popup menu.
   Enter the Text to display ie: Report Files
   Enter the extension ie: rep
   Click the Add Item button.


Question
   How can I reset the Assistant to default properties ?
Answer
   Close the Assistant.
   Delete the UserName\Local Settings\
   ApplicationData\AdvancedSSI\Assistant\Assistant????.ini file.
   A new ini file (profile) will be created the Assistant starts.

Question
   Why does the Convert to lower case not always work ?
Answer
   This is an issue generally found with Windows 2000.
